Keep healthy by eating according to your blood type



Group O
People with blood group O are the oldest blood group of humans. They are predators suitable for high protein foods, low fat meats, fish, whole grains and bread. This blood group should be exercise very hard such as run, ride bicycle, aerobics dance, swimming and so on.


Food:  Food that is suitable for people with blood group O is almost all types of meat and sea food



Vegetable: People with blood type O can eat almost all kinds of vegetables, especially, spinach, broccoli. But, you should avoid cauliflower, Oliver, shiitake mushroom, potato.



Fruit: This blood type can eat almost any fruit, especially cherry, Blueberry, Grapefruits. But should avoid coconut, cantaloupe.






Group A
This blood group occurs after human’s agriculture era, so it is proper for soy protein, cereals. But avoid red meat. The exercise focuses on light exercise such as Yoga.




Food:  People with blood group A should avoid eating other meat except salmon, mackerel and sardine. Protein should be derived from soy for substitute meat.



Vegetable: This group can eat both raw and cooked vegetables, especially, onion, broccoli, spinach, garlic, pumpkin.



Fruit:  They can eat almost any fruit except bananas, cantaloupe, watermelon, mango, papaya.







Group B
This blood group has good adaptability and a flexible digestive system that is suitable for dairy products. But should avoid corn, whole grains, nuts, and tomatoes. Exercise should not exercise too much. But not too light, such as tennis, martial arts, climbing, etc.



Food:  Suitable food  is salmon, brown rice, oatmeal, but chicken, shrimp, crab and shellfish should be avoided in the butter, eggs and dairy products can be eat in the right amount.



Vegetable:  The vegetables that should be eaten are cabbage, broccoli, ginger and all kinds of green leafy vegetables.



Fruit: Fruits can be eaten almost; especially pineapple but the fruits to avoid are persimmon, pear and pomegranate.






Group AB
People blood group AB there is a combination of blood Group A and B so it is suitable for tofu, seafood and milk, but should be avoided meat. In terms of exercise, focus on light exercise with slow walking, yoga, etc.


Food:  The food that should be eaten is tofu and soy products. Chicken meat, salmon should  avoid.



Vegetable: Vegetables can eat all kinds. Whole grains recommended to eat oats and rye should avoid sesame seeds, red beans, pumpkin seeds and corn.



Fruit:  The fruits can be eaten all kinds, such as cranberry, cherry, pineapple, grapefruit, plum, grapes, but the fruits to avoid are bananas, guava, mango and coconut.
